- Polaris Insurance includes a $3,000 deductible per vehicle, secured as an authorization hold in case of damage while on the trail.
- You can reduce the deductible to $1,500 by paying an additional $60 for optional coverage.
- The authorization hold is placed on your credit card a day before the rental and released once the vehicle is returned undamaged.
- Experienced riders and those under 25 are automatically subject to the $3,000 damage deductible.
- All rental rides are recorded for safety and verification. Accident videos are securely deleted within 30 days.
- Each vehicle is inspected at checkout and after review of footage.
- Damage caused by negligent operation will be billed to the renter.
- Reckless driving, off-trail riding, or unauthorized drivers will result in security deposit forfeiture.
- Recovery fees up to $500 may apply if the vehicle needs recovery, depending on circumstances.
